- To provide real estate services if you choose to work with us.
- If you tick the consent box, to send you real estate and mortgage information by phone, text or email. Mortgage information comes from Crafted Mortgage Solutions, Vik Taneja's mortgage business.
We never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only as needed to serve you: with our brokerage, Century 21 Coastal Realty Ltd., as required by real estate regulations; with service providers that run our website, forms and client database (for example Netlify, which processes website form submissions and may store data outside Canada); and with others only with your permission or when required by law.
Your choices
Consent to marketing messages is optional. You can unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law and real estate regulations, then delete it securely.
